AGENTFORCE PRICING

Agentforce has four pricing models. Pick deliberately.

Flex Credits, per-user licenses, conversations and resolutions each suit different uses. Choosing the wrong one is the most common way to overpay for Salesforce AI.

$500Per 100,000 Flex Credits
$0.10Standard action, 20 credits
$2Per resolution with Help Agent

The models

  1. Credits

    Flex Credits

$500 per 100,000 credits. A standard action uses 20 credits, or $0.10, and a voice action 30. Credits can be pre-purchased, pre-committed or used pay-as-you-go.

  2. Per user

    Per-user add-ons

Agentforce add-ons for Sales, Service and Field Service at $125 per user per month, and $150 for Industries, for unmetered employee use.

  3. Conversations

    Per conversation

$2 per customer-facing conversation. It cannot be mixed with Flex Credits in the same org.

  4. Resolutions

    Pay per resolution

Agentforce Help Agent, generally available since July 2026, charges $2 per issue resolved autonomously, with no charge if the customer escalates or leaves negative feedback.

What changed in 2026

The new Core, Advanced and Max editions, introduced in September, include a yearly Flex Credit allocation per org. Included credits are priced into the edition whether or not they are used.

Salesforce has also announced that successful calls to its platform made by registered AI agents, over MCP or direct API, will be metered as Headless Platform Interactions and draw down Flex Credits. The rate has not been published, and Salesforce says it will give 30 days' notice before metering begins. Traditional API integrations stay on their current terms.

What it means for buyers

Different models suit different uses, and the choice affects cost as much as the rate does. Committed credits are paid for whether or not they are used, and agent traffic that is not metered today may be soon. Agentforce commitments are negotiable, and worth sizing to real use.
