The four parts
- Platform
The base platform fee
Set by edition, from smaller single-entity deployments to OneWorld for multiple subsidiaries.
- Users
Named-user licenses
Full users have access to NetSuite's core functions. Self-service or employee users handle limited tasks, such as expenses and time, at a much lower price.
- Modules
Add-on modules
Capabilities such as advanced financials, inventory, manufacturing, warehouse management and commerce are licensed separately.
- Tier
The service tier
Sets limits on users, storage and transaction volumes. Crossing a limit can move the account to a higher tier.
Why the quote is hard to compare
Oracle does not publish NetSuite prices, so every quote is built for the customer. Because four elements move independently, two companies of similar size can pay very different amounts, and a renewal can rise even if the user count has not changed.
Where Deal IQ comes in
This page covers what has changed and where the cost sits. Turning that into a better price on your contract is the negotiation itself. Deal IQ has run 175+ NetSuite negotiations covering $250M+ in contract value, with a network of 350+ former vendor sales, pricing and deal desk leaders that includes people who sold for NetSuite. We negotiate directly with NetSuite or behind the scenes with your team, and our fee comes from the savings.

Frequently asked questions
Does NetSuite publish its prices?
No. Oracle prices NetSuite for each customer, as a subscription built from the platform, users, modules and service tier.
