What changed
On April 9, 2026, ServiceNow replaced Standard, Pro, Pro Plus, Enterprise and Enterprise Plus with three tiers: Foundation, Advanced and Prime. Now Assist, Moveworks, Workflow Data Fabric and AI Control Tower are bundled into every tier rather than sold as add-ons.
AI usage is measured in assists drawn from a pool held at the tenant level. ServiceNow has not published the assist cost of each action or the pool size included with each tier. Legacy SKUs stopped selling on July 1, 2026.
What it means for existing customers
Existing contracts keep their legacy SKUs until renewal, when they move to Foundation, Advanced or Prime. That makes the next renewal a repricing: tier mapping, bundled AI and the size of the assist pool all show up in the quote, alongside fulfiller counts that drift over the term.
The AI is included in the tier price whether the business uses it or not.
