How Enterprise Support is priced
Enterprise Support is billed at the greater of $5,000 a month, reduced from $15,000, or a tiered share of monthly AWS charges: 10% of the first $150,000, 7% up to $500,000, 5% up to $1 million and 3% above that. It includes a designated technical account manager and 15-minute response times for business-critical issues.
Because the fee follows spend, support grows with every dollar of AWS usage. Private pricing agreements commonly require Enterprise Support, which makes it part of the wider commercial deal rather than a separate line.
